4.107 Supervision
Supervision of Personnel
The Superintendent shall provide supervision for all administrative and supervisory personnel.
Faculty members shall be supervised by the Principal or other designated school personnel.
Support staff shall be supervised by the individual identified in their approved job description.
The immediate supervisor and the Superintendent share responsibility for ensuring appropriate orientation experiences for newly hired employees. When deemed necessary, periodic training sessions may be offered for individual employees or employee groups.
The immediate supervisor is responsible for assigning specific duties and providing the necessary guidance to ensure the satisfactory performance of those duties.
