4.601 Staff Involvement in Decision-Making
Lakeway Christian Schools values the professional insight and perspective of its staff members. While final authority for decision-making rests with the Board of Direcots and administration, the school provides opportunities for staff to contribute to decisions that affect their work and the overall school environment.
Staff involvement may occur through departmental meetings, faculty committees, surveys, advisory groups, and direct communication with supervisors. Input from staff is considered an important part of the decision-making process but does not supersede the authority of administration or the Board.
