2.309 Commercial Insurance
Policy Statement:
Lakeway Christian Schools (LCS) is committed to maintaining adequate commercial insurance coverage to safeguard the interests of the school community. This policy provides a framework for the selection, management, and review of insurance coverage to mitigate risks associated with school operations.
Insurance Coverage:
LCS shall maintain commercial insurance coverage that is comprehensive and appropriate for the needs of the school. Insurance coverage may include, but is not limited to, the following types:

Communication:
All relevant stakeholders, including school employees, students, and board members, shall be informed of key aspects of the school's insurance coverage as appropriate.
