4.901 Executive Director

    The Executive Director serves as a key administrative leader of LCS, reporting to the Board of Directors. The Executive Director provides strategic, operational, and managerial oversight to support the school’s mission, advance organizational goals, and foster a Christ-centered educational environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Operational Leadership:
      1. Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the school, including facilities, technology, and non-academic services.
      2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and school policies.
      3. Develop and implement operational procedures that promote efficiency and excellence.
    2. Financial Oversight:
      1. Assist with the preparation, management, and monitoring of the school budget.
      2. Oversee financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and purchasing.
      3. Ensure responsible stewardship of school resources in alignment with LCS’s mission and policies.
    3. Strategic Planning:
      1. Collaborate with the Superintendent and Board of Directors in long-term strategic planning and implementation.
      2. Provide input and analysis on operational initiatives to support school growth and mission fulfillment.
    4. Personnel Support:
      1. Support the hiring, training, and supervision of non-academic staff.
      2. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among staff.
      3. Assist in addressing personnel matters in accordance with school policies.
    5. Board Relations:
      1. Provide regular reports and updates to the Board of Directors regarding operational and financial matters.
      2. Serve as a resource for the Board in planning, decision-making, and policy implementation.
    6. Community and Stakeholder Relations:
      1. Serve as a liaison between the school and parents, vendors, and community partners.
      2. Promote LCS’s mission and values in all external interactions.
      3. Assist in fundraising and stewardship initiatives as requested.
    7. Support of Mission and Spiritual Culture:
      1. Model Christ-centered leadership and encourage a culture of integrity, collaboration, and service.
      2. Support faculty, staff, and student spiritual development through administrative leadership.
