All employees of LCS are members of a unified team, committed to supporting the school’s goals, philosophy, and mission. Effective collaboration requires respect, humility, and a spirit of service toward one another.

- Employees are expected to work cooperatively with administration, faculty, and staff to achieve the school’s educational and spiritual objectives.
- Team members should offer encouragement, assistance, and constructive support to colleagues.
- Collaboration should reflect Christ-like humility, valuing the contributions of others and the shared mission of LCS.
- Communication should always be respectful, professional, and transparent.
- Conflicts should be addressed promptly, directly, and biblically, seeking reconciliation and understanding rather than division.
- Gossip, slander, or undermining colleagues is strictly prohibited.
- Employees should demonstrate integrity, honesty, and accountability in all interactions.
- All interactions should foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Staff are expected to maintain a Christ-centered perspective in all professional relationships, recognizing the ministerial nature of their work.
- Disagreements should be resolved according to Matthew 18:15–17 principles: privately, respectfully, and with the goal of reconciliation.
- Persistent issues may be escalated to a supervisor or administrator for guidance and mediation.
- Every employee’s attitude, behavior, and interaction should reflect the school’s mission of providing a Godly education.
- Staff should actively seek opportunities to strengthen team cohesion, contribute positively to the work environment, and model Christ-like character for students and colleagues.
