Lakeway Christian Schools (LCS) recognizes the importance of providing competitive and comprehensive benefits to its full-time employees as part of its commitment to their well-being and job satisfaction. The school offers a range of employee benefits to eligible personnel.
Eligibility for Employee Benefits:
Eligibility for employee benefits is limited to full-time employees of LCS. Part-time or contract personnel are not eligible for these benefits.
Types of Employee Benefits:
The availability and terms of employee benefits are reviewed annually by the LCS Board of Directors and are subject to change based on the school's financial condition and strategic priorities.

- Insurance Benefits: LCS provides eligible full-time employees with the option to participate a wide selection of health, dental, vision, and other types of insurance plans. The school contributes $200 per month for 10-month employees and offers a 60% match for 12-month employees for health insurance. Other contributions vary by plan. Coverage options and contributions are specified in the respective plan documents.
- Retirement Plans: LCS offers a 401(k) retirement plan to eligible full-time employees. The school provides a matching contribution of $0.50 on the dollar for the first 4% of employee contributions.
- Paid Time Off: Eligible full-time employees are entitled to paid time off (PTO), which includes vacation days, holidays, and sick leave, as outlined in LCS policies and employment agreements.
- Professional Development: LCS supports the professional growth and development of its employees by providing opportunities for continuing education, training, and professional development as budgetary allowances permit.
- Tuition Discount: Full-time employees' children are eligible for a 50% tuition discount at LCS.
